3rd grade Practice Lottery

It's time for our first Lotería de Práctica (Practice Lottery) for 3rd grade!  The Practice Lottery is a great way for students to practice at home what we are learning class and for you to see what your child can do.  

Our drawing will be held on Wed., Dec. 13!  Our goal is for each student to turn in at least 1 ticket.  

Ticket #1.  

Definitions of the vocabulary words:

•     el perro = the dog
•     baila = (he/she) dances
•     me gusta = I like
•     nada = (he/she) swims      (It also means "nothing".)
•     quiere = (he/she) wants
•     ahora = now
•     está contento/ está contenta = he is happy/she is happy 

Ticket #2: 

•    se llama = his/her name is
•    le gusta = s/he likes
•    libro = book
